• Cleaning: wide stamped juice collector and removable juice drawer. Electric models: 3 to 5 Incoloy heating elements, half/full power regulation, firestones to store heat.
• Gas models: 2 to 4 infrared burners with safety thermocouple, regulation knob with slow position. Supplied in LPG with a set of NG injectors
